As a Team Lead, Data Science & Analytics, you will: -

• Manage the team of data scientists and analytics experts.
• Overlook the ML models and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders in understanding the business requirements.
• Work with the Finance team to integrate business numbers.
• Job scope will be 40% DS related and balanced with analytics projects.
• Prioritization of the task/project within the team.
• Responsible for Fave group data team (includes India too).

Requirements: -

• Strong in Python and SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of machine learning.
• Knowledge of data management and visualization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with data science tools.
• Communication Skills -it is incredibly important to describe findings to a technical and non-technical audience.
• At least 2+ years of team management experience.
