Job Description

The objective of the Role: Responsible for the profitability of the products handled, by setting and delivering the future vision and strategy for the digital offering ensuring that YAZLE positions itself as the leading provider of digital media in the Asia Region.
Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of digital Media Sales is a must
  • Visionary in the field of digital, updated with new technologies, tools in the field of programmatic

buying/selling and data management

  • Sound understanding of RTB / Mobile / Video & performance buying (programmatically)
  • Similar experience in Malaysia is a must - having connections within relevant media agencies
  • Must have experience selling programmatic guaranteed, preferred and private deals to trading desks across

Tier 1 agencies

  • Sound understanding of programmatic eco-system and DMPs along with the DMP/DSP integration knowledge
  • Adept at establishing effective relationships with clients/trading desks in order to influence internal online

financial, technical and business function decisions

  • Team Player skills
  • Client management skills

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating and collaborating with trading desks at many different levels while being in touch with the

planners across the agencies

  • Professional presentation and communication with the top clients/trading desks and to understand their

contractual requirements

  • Broadening the client base by bringing in new clients. Steady % growth to be monitored year on year
  • Ensuring successful programmatic and technical strategies are recommended to maximize sales growth
  • Maintaining direct working relationships with tier 1 clients/trading desks to support current and future

business needs

  • Being accountable for achieving sales volume in assigned territory & defined deadline
  • Supporting the Sales team if required - on other dept. issues or paperwork associated with approvals, etc.
  • Monitoring and analyzing dealer trend reports, backlog reports, rolling report and daily sales reports and any

other report that may be required to monitor the growth of the business

  • Management reporting - Monthly/Quarterly reporting of the Strategies & Growth of the company to the

management by way of reports
